  1. Customer need to submit their KYC before Payout Calculate.
  2. 1 Customer can book only  3 Property on a PAN Card
  3. Once booking is confirmed no change and cancellation will be entertained.
  4. Confirmation of booking wil be deliver via E-mail/SMS.
  5. Non refundable booking ,
  6. It is compulsory to select property after 3rd Plool.
  7. No Group Booking Allowed.
  8. You cannot transfer or gift or sell your Booking  to another person.
  9. 1 Person will do only 3 booking in One Pan Card.
  10. You can get Registry when your Full Payment is done.
  11. For Lable  Income You need completing Working Pool-1 (Active Direct in Each Team A & B)
  12. Payout will Release in Multiple of 100 (Total Income).
  13. All Car (Petrol Variant) Rewards will be Basic Model of Company & Ex-Showroom Price.
  14. TDS 5% and Social Development Fund Charge 5% will Deduct from Payout & Cash Rewards.
  15. Payout Will Close on Every Day Midnight.
  16. Lavle Payout  Will Show & Release on Every Wednesday  6AM.
  17. Payout Will Transfer on any time you want from your Ewellet
  18. First Payout Will Release after 2 Direct  Members.
  19. All Rewards will Deliver after 45 Days from Date of Accept.
  20. If Freehomes  Found Misuse of  from Your Side ( Sale to 3rd Party etc.) then Your rest all Payout  will be Lapsed.
  21. Freehomes  has Rights to Change Booking  Cost, Rewards, Bonanza at Any Time Without any Prior Information.
  22. Any disputes will solve at Haryana Jurisdiction Only.
